Parent & Kid Yoga DVD. Includes two short and calming yoga segments - for parents and kids to practice together and also for kids to practice on their own. The Hi Yoga DVD also includes educational video for parents on the benefits of Hi Yoga for body systems and the practical means of regulating attention/emotion for kids. Parents are encouraged to take 15 minutes and practice Hi Yoga with their child. Secure bonding between a parent and child gives a child self-confidence and opens their enthusiasm for learning and caring for others.
