PakTechLaw is an initiative to promote the knowledge and understanding of technology and intellectual property Law in Pakistan. With the rapid digitalization, especially in the post-COVID world, the regulation of digital technology and data has become more relevant and crucial than ever before. However, the rise of digital technology has also brought multitude of undressed issues and challenges in Pakistan. PakTechLaw serves as an online platform for students and scholars to share their knowledge and opinion through the publication of their articles on the relevant issues revolving technology and intellectual property law in Pakistan.It also provides internships and different learning opportunities for students. We look forward to drawing attention and starting a dialogue on these developing areas of law among legal fraternity in Pakistan.
