GROUPE COURTIN est un groupe indépendant non coté fondé en 2015 par Christophe Courtin. Le groupe est spécialisé en immobilier tertiaire, il détient une structure promotion immobilière (COURTIN PROMOTION) ainsi qu’un exploitant en espaces de travail flexibles (FLEX-O). Il dispose également d’un fonds d’investissement evergreen (COURTIN INVESTMENT) avec plus d’une centaine de participations à date.
