The key focus of the BVES works is on energy storage in the areas of hydrogen, electricity, heat and mobility. Energy storage is a key technology for security of supply and the flexibility of the energy system. We convey our members’ messages into the political decision-making process. We coordinate the joint research and development. BVES works on norms and standards to ensure that safety standards are developed and applied in the EU and global market.
