Assoupaspossible.com is a single-handed editorial project, collecting stories, articles and recipes under the metaphor of soup as something comforting, warm, nutritious and universal. The blog has different spin-off projects, all based on the same values: knowledge, conviviality and quality. Soup seems to transcend cultures and cuisines: it belongs to the memory of almost anyone who ever owned a concept of home and I used this familiarity to convey a sense of cosiness, nurturing and sharing. As Soup As Possible takes its inspiration in soup, trying to offer "a (possibly) warm, cosy and nutritious" food for thought. As Soup As Possible shows food in its natural context of stories, cultures and territories. The blog has a related YouTube channel, featuring three main formats: Kitchen Stories, Soup For Thought, Food Makers. More recently, the project has been enriched with covers by contributing illustrators.
