La Vinyeta és una petita explotació de vinya i olivera al mig de l’Empordà, a Mollet de Peralada. És una empresa jove, familiar, fruit de l’esforç i les il·lusions. L’origen d’aquest projecte es remunta al 2002 quan es van adquirir un parell de vinyes velles —d’edats compreses entre 55 i 80 anys— de Samsó i Garnatxa. A partir d’aquest moment es realitzaren noves plantacions fins a les 40 ha actuals. El projecte es va consolidar el 2006 amb la construcció del celler i l’elaboració dels primers vins. A partir de l’any 2009 el celler La Vinyeta és un dels primers cellers que ha entrat a formar part de la Producció Integrada, un sistema de conreu respectuós amb el medi ambient. La Vinyeta is a small vineyard and olive farm situated at the heart of the Empordà, in Mollet de Peralada. It is a young, family company that is the fruit of effort and ambition. The origin of this project dates back to 2002, when two old Carignan and Grenache vineyards – aged between 50 and 75 years – were purchased. From that moment on, more and more vines were planted, up to the present 40 hectares. The project was consolidated in 2006 with the construction of the winery and the making of the first wines. In 2009, La Vinyeta became one of the first wineries to adopt Integrated Production, an environment-friendly cultivation system.
