To transform young adults into authentic leaders who improve the world. We have developed a program in which high school and college students can develop a stronger conviction of their life's purpose and learn practical leadership skills that can be applied to the rest of their lives. Our program integrates psychological principles taught by world famous psychologists, service programs modeled after the Boy Scouts of America, and leadership topics taught by Fortune 500 companies, in order to create young leaders capable of impacting their community on every level.
