The company is registered as a Private Enterprise in Xiqing Economic Development Area (XEDA), an industrial development area in Tianjin, China. Registered capital is $18 million USD (eighteen million USD). TVEM is an active member of CNPC, CPCC and CNOOC manufacturing network. TVEM designs, manufactures, assembles and services electrical submersible pumping (ESP) systems for the oil and water well industries. The majority of the management, technical and operation staff have a vast knowledge and experience working with Tianjin Oilfield Complete Sets of Equipment Co.,Ltd, which was known as OCEC. OCEC was acquired by Schlumberger in 2006. TVEM has total assets over 33 million USD and total area of 25,000 square meters. The manufacturing operations have an area of 12,700 square meters. TVEM has approximately 180 employees, including 35 engineers (with 8 senior engineers) and 15 field service personnel.
