Home Decorators Collection has been a direct seller of rugs, furniture and home décor for over 20 years. Originally a catalog business, the independent privately held company was acquired by The Home Depot in 2006 with six retail stores and website in addition to the catalog. In 2015, Home Decorators Collection closed its stores to focus on its online business and private branded products available at The Home Depot. In 2017, Home Decorators Collection officially merged under The Home Depot as a private brand of rugs, furniture and home décor sold exclusively at HomeDepot.com and in The Home Depot stores.
