Associates in Learning and Leadership (ALL) is a project of Community Partners. We are dedicated to supporting K-12 educators as they work toward creating and sustaining successful learning communities. We are former teachers, principals, superintendents, and school board members who have significant experience in the classroom, at the school site, and in the district office. We customize our services to meet the specific needs of your learning community, understanding that effective professional development should be designed and implemented in a positive, non-evaluative manner, and with all voices brought into the conversation.
