Spectra Press and Promotions is a printing manufacturer, a mail house and fulfillment center and a promotional product distributor. Spectra Press and Promotions is owned and operated by Bill French. Bill is a Louisville native and a graduate of the University of Louisville. He resides here with his wife and three children. His eldest son is on the Autism spectrum and hence the name “Spectra”.
