It's a coaching practice that supports senior executives in their journey from the top team to the exit door and beyond to new adventures. • For the individual — we are, primarily, a coaching practice that provides the senior executive with a route-map and a travel guide as s/he contemplates, plans, and executes departure from the top team and onward to new adventures. • For businesses — we offer policy and best-practice advice, top team masterclasses, company keynotes and internal capacity building • For society — we challenge the old and outdated 3-stage model i.e. education — career — retirement.
