Operating across south Wales and the south West of England, Purple Hat provides practical, pro-active outplacement and career transition services to individuals at all levels in order to help them achieve their career objectives. The majority of our programmes often occur as the result of a cost reduction, downsizing or integration process and we typically handle smaller scale requirements involving between 1-15 employees.
