New England Bioassay has been in business as a toxicity laboratory for over 25 years. As of February 2020, NEB became a woman-owned small business. The laboratory in Manchester, Connecticut provides services to more than 150 active industrial, municipal, environmental engineering, and risk assessment clients. Our laboratory staff conducts toxicological testing to meet our clients’ needs for whole effluent toxicity (WET) compliance testing, site-specific water effects ratio (WER) testing, toxicity identification evaluations (TIE), soil and sediment bioassay testing, and specialized product/chemical assessments.
