The Podiatry Fellowship at the University of Michigan develops future leaders in medicine. The curriculum focuses on building an academic research career at a world-renown public institution. Over the two year program, trainees will enhance their clinical and research knowledge. General outpatient and inpatient podiatric medicine and surgery is practiced to provide advanced sub-specialty training in limb preservation and wound care. Furthermore, each Fellow will design a unique research track personalized to their own life-long professional goals. Upon graduation, Michigan Fellows will have extensive experience in wound care and research development with multiple publications and presentations, to be established within medicine.
