Our processing is tailored to each cocoa bean variety we use in order to draw out the most appealing flavours. The origin is important for us, but even more important is the region - it must be the perfect combination of climate, soil and fermentation as well as the drying processes. Along with offering premium varieties of chocolate, we also provide an outstanding classic product line for the professional user, such as chocolatiers, pastry chefs, hotels and caterer for various applications, including our ready-to-use coatings, giandujas, natural flavoured fillings and products suitable for decorations.
