At the University of Illinois, and around the world, the frenzy around cryptocurrencies and the future of digital assets is growing. Many new and prospective investors have been enthralled by recent surges of digital assets, such as Bitcoin. Our purpose is to provide an RSO that draws interest from students coming from contrasting backgrounds, with different passions, but who all share a common interest: expanding their knowledge of cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance, also known as DeFi.
