Peter Phillips AIA, Germano Botelho RA, and Ted Wood RA, are the sole principals of the firm with over seventy-five combined years of professional design experience. The firm is consciously structured to ensure their participation in each project. Every P+A project is approached as a collaboration between designer and client.
