Our children’s contact service is for Sydney parents who do not have sole parental responsibility for their child or children, but are ordered, or may have supervised contact with his or her children. We support and promote contact between those parents, grandparents, guardians, and children. We also prepare factual reports to assist the Court, and legal representatives to determine whether the parent or guardian demonstrates the ability to care for the child.
