Expanding Horizons, Inc. is an adult foster care company with homes located throughout Duluth. We provide short and long term care services for individuals who need a little extra assistance in their lives. All of the Expanding Horizons, Inc's homes are designed with the individual in mind. All residents are encouraged to manage their own lives as independently as they choose, participate in daily community activities, and complete their individual activities of daily living.
