Greenbrook Healthcare, part of the Totally Group, is the leading provider of Primary Care Led Urgent Care Centres across London and the surrounding areas, leading innovation in this field to deliver and continuously improve high quality patient focused care. All but two of our Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) are co-located within hospital Accident and Emergency departments. Walk-in and ambulatory patients are streamed by one of our experienced Emergency Practitioners according to robust clinical guidelines. Seriously unwell or injured patients are directed into the Emergency Department and patients appropriate for the UTC are allocated as either an illness or injury. Typically our GPs or ANPs will see illness patients whilst ENPs and ECPs will treat patients presenting with minor injuries. Ultimately our aim is to reduce the pressure on busy A&Es by seeing those patients suitable for a primary care environment, treating and discharging most and referring directly to hospital specialties where appropriate. We also run a number of primary care led Walk-in-Centres. Ashford Health Centre along with Woking Walk-in-Centre (which are run in partnership with CSH Surrey) provide seven day per week primary care services to walk-in patients.
