DCL is the longest established recruitment specialist on Sydney’s Northern Peninsula, operating since March 1989, with over 24 years experience in recruitment. We are a corporate member of the recruitment industry body the RCSA. We are located at Level 2, 696 Pittwater Road, Brookvale, in the Westpac Bank Building on the corner of Winbourne & Pittwater Roads. At the rear of the building there is parking available (2 hours free). The DCL team of 8, which includes 6 consultants, is led by Peta Champion and Rachelle Sinfield, both partners working in the business on a day to day basis. Each of the Directors and Consultants live locally, so we have an intimate understanding of the unique culture of the beaches area and apply this knowledge when matching candidates to roles. The longevity of our team, we believe is testament to DCL’s professional and positive work culture.
