HCFBECA, Inc. is a community-based non-profit organization. We provide scholarship support to African-American students from Howard County, MD for post-secondary education and training. Since our inception in 1977 we have awarded over one million dollars to over 800 students for scholarships and book awards. Our students have gone on to attend colleges, universities, and other post-secondary training institutions around the world.
