Develop a support plan and custom reports tailored to the customer’s needs. Designed to keep the customer informed at the level that they would like to be. 4. Develop an investment plan: o Identify areas for improvement and costs to implement changes. o Prioritize and set implementation dates for each improvement o Execute the agreed upon plan. 5. Manage the environment, daily / weekly / monthly checks. Always looking to improve the current situation and schedule any newly approved changes into the current implementation plan.
