We take health & safety very seriously teaching precise execution of movement, training one to be conscious and mindful with each movement being shown and with full body and mind connection. We work around injuries by healing through movement and eliminating pain points. The Body Tonic Group cater to all ages, levels, capabilities, health concerns/body issues. From athletes to elderly looking for increased flexibility and a good stretch, to over weight people who want to lose fat and tone up, to general fitness enthusiasts and youth looking to get fit and build self-confidence, to people healing from injuries. Plus everyone else in between! Our workouts are unique, our training precise! We focus on correct technique, using no high impact moves or running & jumping. We understand the importance of precise exercises and the proper execution of movements and protecting your body whilst working out, so that optimum results follow.
