Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Our impact is felt every day…when an individual makes a healthy choice…when a mentor inspires a child…and when members of our community come together for the common good. Locations include the Kirk Family YMCA, Salem Family YMCA, Botetourt Family YMCA, Rockbridge Area YMCA and the YMCA Express at Gainsboro.
