We are primarily focused in the multifamily/mixed-use sector and are actively developing apartment communities across South Florida. What sets us apart from many other general contractors is that we develop our own projects; we actively procure our own land, design a project for the land's best use, see the land through the entitlement process, as well as construct and manage the construction process in its entirety. When the community is built, our property management arm Aviara Properties steps in and manages the community and its residents.
