Racial Literacy Advocates LLC is a consulting firm that provides race-based programming to educational institutions, not-for-profits, and corporations. RLA functions on three main pillars that are integrated in all services offered. Those three pillars are diversity and inclusion practices, cultural competence, and anti-racism. RLA takes a unique approach to organizational change and leadership. The most visible and highly sought out service is the RaceTalk Panel Presentation. RaceTalk Panels are a unique narrative experience that give clients an opportunity to learn about a diverse panel of individuals who articulate their racial experience across many contexts. The panelists, trained by critical race experts, are equipped to engage in a Q&A session after sharing their narratives. This gives clients an opportunity to ask questions about micro, meso, and macro levels of systemic racism and White supremacy that show up through interpersonal interaction in the workplace, communities, and institutions.
