Recent tech investments include early and mid-stage pre-IPO growth capital for disruptive companies such as Peloton, DraftKings, BankMobile and others. In real estate, the company has funded mid-stage growth capital in the national co-working space as well as acquisition and re-development funding for 2.5+ million sq. ft. of traditional projects including Fortune 100 commercial properties, hotels, self-storage and thousands of multi-family residential rental units.
