People can participate and show their talents to the world. They give a platform to the upcoming skills and talents that are in-build in them, to show them their inner potentials, also to help build their careers. They also give a great opportunity to people, who don’t have a good financial status or to orphans, who have talent to show on a respected platform to the world, that India also has ample of up-coming skills.
