From our beginnings in Scotland to our spacious facility in Waterloo our family owned and operated craft brewery is about quality, craftsmanship, and the science of beer making. We love hops and malts, and always strive to provide the highest quality and most flavourful craft beer. In addition to our flagship beers Conscience, Fling, Bystander, Irish Red and our award winning Charcoal Porter and Two Night Stand IIPA, we are continually developing new seasonally focused recipes, as well as experimenting to provide a new-world take on traditional brewing styles. Our retail bottle shop is open 7 days a week for tours and tastings.
