Haier Bangladesh Ltd is a joint venture company with Haier Group from Qingdao China (majority share holder) and Hayes Holdings Ltd from Bangladesh. The company is under direct management of Haier Group and started its registered operation from 21st October 2020. This is a successor company of Hayes & Haier Appliances Co Ltd which was the first joint venture company in Bangladesh for home appliances and consumer electronics back in 2000. After 20 years of successful partnership and collaboration, Haier Bangladesh Ltd is poised to spearhead the operations of Haier Group in Bangladesh.
