INTRIMは、クライアントのグループ関連会社の「会社情報管理」「期日管理」「各種手続き」「文書管理」等のサポートを行うサービスプロバイダーです。 私たちは、金融機関法務部のIn-house Corporate Secretaryとして、複数の関連会社を管理した豊富な経験に基づき、また、当時のIn-houseとして抱いた「外部による理想のサポート体制」を志し、業務内容を検討してまいりました。 その結果、INTRIMは、企業法務・会社管理法務としての専門性を有する弊社スタッフが、企業法務のうち、とくに煩雑な分野である上記4つの業務に特化し、積極的にクライアント担当者のサイド・バイ・サイドでサポートを行う“新たな法律サービスプロバイダー”として誕生しました。 INTRIM is a service provider supporting our clients for the group companies and affiliates management - information management, schedule management, resolution/filing management and document management. Based on our plentiful experiences as In-house Corporate Secretary of the financial institution managing a lot of group companies, we have been considering our services in order to achieve an ideal supports which we had thought through our in-house career there. As a result, INTRIM was established as a new-type legal service provider providing side-by-side supports to our client for the above four areas by our staff with the expertise of corporate law and entity management.
