Two of South Africa’s largest distributors, Tarsus Technologies and Platinum Micro, have merged. The two companies, both members of the MB Technologies group, have merged from 1 October 2013. The merger takes place ahead of the planned move to MB Technologies’ new 30 000 square metre warehouse and distribution facility in Waterfall Commercial District, Woodmead, Gauteng, in December 2013.
