It is the personal goal of all Allen Ortiz staff that youth are provided with the tools and experience to become empowered and work towards those changes they feel are necessary in their communities. Our theories, models and frameworks are the product of a combination of years of in depth research spanning such fields as education, sociology, psychology, history, marketing and movement building and almost 20 combined years of hands on field research implementing and refining our work. The success of our past work is the fuel that has kept us innovating, expanding and has led the way for this endeavor.
