Global Synergy for Leadership (GSL - Inspire Africa) is a nonprofit organization that was created for the first time in the Ugandan city of Kampala in April 2011 as an Institute of Leadership and Mobile Technology (MILT) . Our objective was to train and guide members of various communities in the areas of leadership, communication, development and technology. We worked for the protection and socio-economic integration of the Congolese refugees, Burundi, South Sudanese, Eritreans and rwandais.Grâce MILT the program, we were able to train more than 900 people until 2016, not only in Uganda but in five countries including the DRC. Over 30% of our students have been trained in our Leadership Center in Kampala. Moreover, we have built a water storage tank for a school in Rwanda and participated in the preparation of a microfinance project in Kenya. We believe that communities can transform their environment by investing not only in development projects in their neighborhoods, but also by investing in their human resources by adding value as individuals. Based on the success of the founder theory (Detailed in the book "Inside Leadership: The Art of Personality Building (2014)," we believe that personality trustworthy combined with a vision defensible are the two pillars on which the social change, development and success must be built. DR Congo is known for its instability that remain for more than two decades. Since the 1990s, the country went through wars and disasters of all kinds. On one hand, the younger generation (born after 1995) have only known war, rape, starvation, forced displacement, migration, insecurity and corruption; Furthermore, the older generation did not serve good model for youngsters. This situation and others not reported here harden the challenges of Congolese daily life.
