Since 2006, we offer corporate wellness concierge services with customized programs offered by a nationwide network of highly qualified specialists that help increase the health and well-being of employees and the organizational health of our clients. Our services range from health breaks and group classes to conferences, private consultations, health weeks/months and health-driven team building activities.   In response to Covid 19, we created a virtual wellness studio that offers over 40 live classes per week. Our 20+ experts offer classes in both French and English ranging from yoga, meditation, Pilates to Home Intensity Training, cardio-boxing and Zumba. The main goal with the Organik Studio is to make health and wellness accessible to employees working from home and their families!
