The Lumsden Leadership Summit is an annual event executed by students from the University of St. Andrews from start to finish. The event provides a platform for our diverse audience to engage and network with the leading women of a range of professions. In its sixth year of operation, we are delighted to present The Network which is our new online initiative. Its aim is to encourage and inspire students everywhere by exposing them to successful women from across every sector of business and society. Now in its sixth year, The Lumsden Leadership Summit is a leading voice in female empowerment and has developed a powerful vision of shared female success. We are determined to broaden this message beyond our community, bringing the insight and advice of brilliant women, in their myriad forms, to all. Over the coming weeks and months we will be publishing a series of interviews, blog posts and masterclasses, and we encourage you to engage with this material and apply it to your own ambition. This is a space for women to learn from each other, to inspire each other, and you are an integral part of that vision.
