PT Asinusa Putra Sekawan was established on August 11, 1997 with the intention and objective of conducting business in the field of port services and operations as stipulated in Ministerial Decree Number KP. 438 of 2010, which makes Asinusa granted a business license as a Port Business Entity that can carry out port service business activities. As a form of Asinusa's commitment to supporting the economic progress of the Indonesian nation and state, Asinusa is also working with the Indonesian Ministry of Defense and the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for the development of Nipa Island as outlined in the Nipa Island Utilization Cooperation Agreement (KSP). Asinusa also strives to always provide quality services appropriately and consistently by considering the requirements and expectations of stakeholders, especially those related to port services and providing customer satisfaction based on ISPS Code and IMO Instruments.
