We tried both the "Shrimp and Crawfish" as well as the "Duck and Andouille Sausage" varieties. I preferred the shrimp and he liked the duck better, so it's a toss-up as to which is better. I should note that the duck and andouille had apparently just won some award for best gumbo at a local cook-off and the waitress mentioned that it takes a week to make. Now that's dedication!
