John Davis manages the Employment Law group and has been practicing employment law exclusively since graduating from law school and then launching Davis & Davis, P.C. in Boston in August 2002. The Employment Law group typically represents individuals in their claims against the employer, but the Employment Law group has been corporate counsel to dozens of small to mid-size businesses over the years. Davis & Davis, P.C. is willing to represent small to mid-size companies that inadvertently run afoul of regulations or labor laws provided these companies are committed to fostering a healthy and productive work environment for both employees and management.
