The Melita Group is the merger of seven honey companies into one structure that commenced October 2016. It is now a fully integrated business from land to brand. Activities include beekeeping, extraction & pollination services, bulk honey sales, contract packing, two retail stores in Drury and Queenstown. Two honey brands (Happy Valley & Melita) and skin brand – Royal Skin. It has two factories in south Auckland and beekeeping operations & extraction plant in Hastings and Wanganui.
