PIC's clients represent a variety of different fields, requiring different approaches with specific needs. With every client, we work as part of the ownership team through site discovery, creation of budget, schedule, and design. On behalf of the owner, we oversee the design and construction process, control the budget and schedule, coordinate FFE and IT, and the final delivery of space.
