First commenced operations in the early 1970's, we are engaged in the manufacturing and the marketing of the following diversified products:- i) Textiles, by Penfabric (Mill 1, Mill 2, Mill 3 and Mill 4) ii) Polyester staple fibre, by Penfibre (Fibre Division) iii) Polyester film, by Penfibre (Film Division) iv) Battery Seperator Film by Penfibre (BSF Division) v) Plastic (ABS and PBT) resins, by Toray Plastics (Malaysia) Besides the above multi-billion investments in Penang's strategic industrial parks, other related business ventures include the investments in: - Toray BASF PBT Resin Sdn Berhad (production of PBT Resins in Kuantan, Pahang) - Penovate Sdn. Berhad (marketing of uniform and workwears). The Group's diversified activities somewhat mirror those of the parent company, Toray Industries Inc, Japan, which is the world's leading chemical conglomerate with world class technologies and products.
