As part of Vision 2030, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aims to have a tangible impact on the non-profit sector that can help participate in achieving the development agenda. However, to have the greatest possible impact on social capital form the nonprofit sector, such sector required to elevate its capacity and focus its efforts through the use of Evidence-Based Policy (EBP).
