After working for almost 10 years in the Australian start-up scene Lee and Ming formed The Fishermen - Business Navigators to work with driven, passionate business owners who wanted to develop and grow profitable, sustainable companies. The Fishermen have developed their own Growth Navigation Program and the first intake graduated in March 2020. The core elements of the program focus on People, Process, Execution and Cash and teaching the 'How To' part. Other programs include emotional intelligence , building strengths based teams and business turnaround.
