RENCA develops new high-tech, eco-friendly construction materials named geopolymer concrete and cement, which is suitable for traditional construction and for 3D printing application. Technology of geopolymer concrete is based on the idea of applying inorganic mineral substances the production of which does not require additional use of natural resources and does not lead to CO2 emissions into the atmosphere (byproducts of metallurgical, electro-metallurgical industries, power plants, coal mines etc.). The range of our products is very wide and includes following applications: geopolymer concrete for 3D printers, thermal insulating geopolymer foam, geopolymer plasters for historical repair and mortars for structural repair, hemp geopolymer blocks, geopolymer paints, coverings for metal constructions to obtain fire protection, constructions for sea water application, passive cooling systems and others. We have designed and developed an automatic mixing system for geopolymer and Portland cement based concrete, fully automatic and compatible with construction 3D printers. This enables preparing high quality concrete mix without special skills by one operator. Moreover we supply raw materials as well as technology for geopolymer concrete and cement worldwide.
