We managed partnerships and negotiated contracts with Health, Life, Voluntary Supplemental, Level Funded insurances, and Telemedicine, then distribute them through different partner channels . We have devised, developed, and sold a well-constructed structural plan with multiple lines of insurance to give the best insurance experience for payroll groups as well as individuals. As a team, we actively participated in several national conferences to understand the latest trends and weaknesses of the brokerage world and improving processes to maximize savings on benefits. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we modified our sales process to maximize sales with phone sales and technology.
