GROUP THERAPY: Living with Bipolar Disorder is a weekly educational and therapeutic group focused on illness education and social rhythm therapy (SRT) support. SRT is based on the implementation of regular, daily patterns of activity in order to facilitate recovery of circadian biological processes and also to improve mood, hoping to prevent recurrences of mood destabilization and hospitalization.
