Bechakas & Bechakas, LLP is a small firm which engages in a mix of transactional practice and litigation. As a husband and wife legal team having different areas of legal experience, we are able to collaborate our skill sets to offer our clients a greater variety of legal services at a much more reasonable price than larger sized firms in the area. We currently occupy a 2,500 square foot office space centrally located at Townsend Square in the Village of Williamsville, New York. Our office is conveniently located a few blocks from interstate 290 which is an approximate 15 minute drive to downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes to the City of Niagara Falls or the Town of Lockport.
